Registration & Policies

  • You must complete a registration form and pay the $175 deposit in advance to reserve your spot.
  • Full payment is due prior to attendance of the program — failure to pay may result in removal from the roster and a rescheduling fee will apply to re-register.
  • Late arrival or early departure will void your certificate and you will be required to re-register for a future program (no refund for incomplete attendance). A $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
  • You are required to arrive alcohol- and drug-free. A breathalyzer will be administered upon arrival. If you arrive with alcohol in your system, you will be sent home and required to reschedule your program.
  • Personal items such as pills must be in original containers.

Dispute Charges Policy

  • Notice of Dispute: Customers must notify us in writing (via email or formal letter) within 30 days of the invoice date if they wish to dispute any charges.
  • Investigation: Upon receiving the dispute, we will investigate the matter and aim to resolve the issue within 14 business days.
  • Resolution: If the dispute is resolved in the customer’s favor, we will either refund the overcharge or credit the amount to their account. If the dispute is not resolved in the customer’s favor, the customer will be required to pay the outstanding balance plus $15 dispute fee.
  • Interim Payment: The disputed charges must still be paid by the due date unless otherwise agreed upon during the dispute process.
  • I understand this is the cost of services and the charges can not be disputed after services are rendered. Should charges be disputed the above policy must be followed. Any resolution in favor of the service provider will include additional charges to cover banking costs.
  • Should I dispute charges without following the policy, I can be held legally responsible for the cost of the disputed amount plus company expenses to recover payment.

Q: What information is needed during registration?

A: For ease of registration, we advise you to have:

  • Court Case Number & Ordering Court
  • Preferred weekend date
  • Accommodation preference: Shared or Private room
  • Any dietary restrictions or mobility/medical needs

A: Yes. As part of the requirement, you are not permitted to leave the program site or utilize the vehicle during the weekend. You will check your keys upon arrival at the program with staff.

A: Yes — but all must be in original labeled containers and disclosed at check-in. Please bring only the amount you need for the weekend.

A: Yes—excluding Thursday evening at check in, meal are professionally catered for the duration of your stay.

A: Yes— you are able to bring your phone, as well as a laptop, gaming system, or tablet/ iPad for use during personal time.

A: There is a pool and fitness area available for use during free time. A small refrigerator and microwave are located in each room.

A: Upon full completion of one of our programs, we issue your certificate and submit it documentation to your ordering court or probation department within 2 days of program completion.

A: Yes—upon registration we send required documentation to the ordering court. After successfully completing the program, we send a completion report to the court and the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
