Empowered for Excellence,
Empowering Youth, LLC providers will work with school personnel on a referral basis, to identify students and families in need of additional support, to meet and achieve academic success. Our Team will focus on identifying educational and
community needs for students and families to increase classroom
interaction and provide conflict
resolution within a stable learning environment. An individualized
support system, evidence based techniques and the
implementation and support of daily functioning skill will be critical in creating success in a child’s home life, school activities and community.
Our Mission
To provide comprehensive, compassionate, integrated mental health and substance abuse services to children, adolescents and young adults while maintaining a client-focused, culturally inclusive relationship within the community to build and maintain long term bonds. It is our duty to provide the highest quality of treatment through faith-based principles, education, direction, and evidence-based Excellence.
Our Approach
The Empowered for Excellence Team focuses an approach that addresses the behavioral mental and academic needs to students. This approach would include case managers and therapists and staff. Evidence based Strategies are used to assist students with increasing positive coping skills, decreasing Behavioral referrals and education to assist with positive peer interaction.
Our Team
At EFE Empowering Youth, LLC, we implement a rigorous interviewing process that requires all applicants to meet
specific experience and educational requirements to become employable. All Empowered for Excellence’s Licensed Social Workers are licensed by the State of Ohio. All Case Managers are trained and certified as Qualified Mental Health Specialist’s (QMHS) with at least three years case management experience within the behavioral health industry. All our providers are highly qualified and must pass a strenuous background check. Our Case Managers are required to complete multiple QMHS re-trainings throughout each year, to ensure that Empowered for Excellence, Empowering Youth is providing the utmost care to your children as required by the State of Ohio.

· To provide education and support to children, parents and school teachers to help with behavioral challenges

SERVICES PROVIDED:
Case Management
· To increase a child’s ability to interact with teachers, parents and society
· To advocate and locate support available within our community for those in need
· To provide evaluation and
monitoring of behaviors
After School Program
· A structured, goal-oriented program that addresses the individualized needs of your child
· Learning problem solving, coping mechanisms, conflict resolution and other helpful life skills within a fun, safe learning environment
· Snacks will be served daily
Empowered for Excellence, Empowering Youth also offers teen and adult services including:
· Case Management
· Therapy
· Group Treatment including IOP/PHP
